Randolph K. Adler, Jr. is the Co-Chair of Dentons’ Startup Program, a member of the Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice and a Partner at the firm.
A proven leader and a dedicated advocate, Randy represents companies in all stages of development, with a particular focus on founding entrepreneurs, startups, emerging growth companies and small and mid-cap companies. He also counsels founders, executives, boards of directors, family offices and venture and private equity principals on a wide range of issues, including business strategy, capital raises, board governance, general corporate counseling, intellectual property protection, complex business disputes and strategic transactions.
Prior to joining Dentons, Randy co-founded RK ADLER LLP, modeling it as a “startup for startups” and building it into one of New York’s premier boutique law firms.
Additionally, Randy serves as an advisor to a handful of select companies, including respected cyber security and new media start-ups. Notably, he was part of the founding team of Vine, which he advised from its founding to its acquisition by Twitter.
For years, Randy has served as the co-chairman of the Board of Directors of A Caring Hand, The Billy Esposito Foundation, a New York not-for-profit that established and operates the only free-standing bereavement program in New York City.
